| Our Credit Policy
All accounts are subject to a monthly service charge on any balance that is 30 days or more past due. This charge is computed at a monthly rate of 1-1/2% or 18% annually. Minimum charge 50% all balances are due and payable upon completion of service rendered and receipt of invoice. In the event that any balance becomes 60 days past due, Georgia Applied Systems AirConditioning Heating Refrigeration, at its election, may sue and recover judgement on the whole debt. Customer agrees to pay15% of any sum collected by law or through an attorney at law as attorney fees.
It is specifically agreed between the parties hereto that the merchandise furnished by Georgia Applied Systems Air Conditioning Heating Refrigeration, shall remain the personal property of Georgia Applied Systems Air Conditioning Heating Refrigeration, until the whole sum on this invoice is paid. It is specifically agreed that the customer will allow Georgia Applied Systems Air Conditioning Heating Refrigeration, without process of law, to enter the premises unmolested and remove said merchandise. It is agreed that such damage as is necessary; result of such removal as herein contemplated shall be borne by the said customer.

Limited Parts Warranty
All parts as recorded on the face of this invoice, which are riot covered by a written warranty made by the manufacturer or a supplier thereof other than, Georgia Applied Systems Air Conditioning Heating Refrigeration, will have a limited one year warranty from date of installation Any such part furnished hereunder, containing a defect or malfunction which arises during the above-said one year period, will be replaced, or at Georgia Applied Systems Air Conditioning Heating Refrigeration, option, repaired.
