Planned Maintenance Agreement Specifications - Plan 310RES

Georgia Applied Systems, Inc. will endeavour to render prompt and efficient service hereunder, but it is expressly agreed that Georgia Applied systems, Inc. shall in no event be liable for damage or loss arising out of the performance of this agreement.

It is Mutually agreed that this agreement does not cover electrical ot plumbing work or balancing beyond the units, or any work required because of negligence, misuse of equipment or because of fire, flood, acts of God, shortage of electrical or water supply, sabotage or damage caused by freezing and/or clogged drain lines.

Full payment is required before the Planned Maintenance Program specified in this agreement can be performed.

The term of this agreement shall be automatically renewable, unless cancelled by either party but subject to price revision on any anniversary date.

The services specified in this agreement will be performed during normal working hours. Repair service requested by covered will be provided during normal working hours, on a preferential basis, at current rates for labor and materials not covered by warranty. For emergency service after normal business hours ( 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, Satueday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, excluding Sundays and Holidays ), there will be a trip charge of $25.00. If a part is needed, the price will be the book price less 15%.

Repair workmanship is guarnteed for 30 days from date of repair.

This agreement may be terminated upon non-payment of any amount, when due. Notification will be made of any payment such is not received when due and if payment is not made within 10 days, from the date of such notice, this agreement shall automatically cease as of that date and we shall have no firther obligation of any nature whatsoever.

Check Starting Contactor Assembly
Check Air Temperature At Evaporator
 
Check Belts
Check Safety Controls  
Check Condenser Temperature
Check For Gas Leaks  
Clean, Check, and Adjust Blower Components
